Individual Standings after Round 4:

Massive round from Liberty to snatch the lead. He picked the Liverpool score exactly, and astonishingly picked ALL FIVE of this week's MOM winners - Firmino, Pepe, Krul, James and Abraham.

Buffon uses up his 2nd 'forgetful' card, so will register 0's if he is to forget again from now on......

Team Standings after Round 4:

Norwich re-take the lead, thanks to Liberty's massive score!

Arsenal really struggling... there's a few of us propping up the table right now, me included, dragging the others down...

Not sure how you can improve your picks Paul. It is purely a guessing game. Just like buying a lotto every week.

It's not the same though, is it? Lotto is completely random. Football picks do include an element of guesswork, but based on data and information that take away the complete randomness of a lottery.

It is a guessing game to some degree... but you gotta be in the ballpark i.e. you at least gotta have some idea on who is starting and who's not, and what sort of form the respective teams are in.

The key to winning this is consistency, rather than amazing picks in any given week.

Always make your picks, try not to miss any rounds, keep an eye on who is scoring and who is keeping clean sheets, and you'll be there or thereabouts come season's end.

Appreciate the points for missing two of the first four gameweeks. Horrendous forgetfulness from myself to miss those picks. Long way back from here.

Perhaps I better start looking at all the other teams, instead of guessing.

I do applaud Emery and OGS trying to move on some of these players but, man, it's going to make a weird season for the 3rd and 4th Champions League spots.

To me it's just so weird... Tottenham stuttering and not doing much in the market (except Ndombele). Chelsea has their player registration ban. MU and Arsenal trying to clear out dead wood.

Hey people, after logging everyone's pre-season predictions, there are a couple of picks I think people should have an amnesty to be able to change, given some transfers that have happened:

Leighbo: Mkhitaryan as Arsenal top assister

Buffon: Lukaku as ManU top scorer

Theprof: Lukaku as ManU top scorer and Sanchez as ManU top assister

If you three want to reply back with your replacement picks I will log in the spreadsheet...

Also, after seeing how high the scoring is so far, with the double points derbies being fairly common, I will up the preseason picks points to 5 points for each category, rather than 3, when we calculate at the end of the season.
