WRONG! its in Frank Aroks bio "My beloved Socceroos" and its mentioned in Johnny Warrens Bio about the shame of not beating a NZ side for 8 years as they were the dominate force for that period of time.

he did - this is what he said

"Sad to hear of the death of ex Socceroo Coach Frank Arok. He lived to a grand old age of 88. He was in charge of Australia during part of my “All White” career. Never over demonstrative in fact quite the opposite. I remember meeting him in the early morning entering a lift at Logan Park Hotel.

“Good morning Frank are you fit?” was my address.

“Fit? Fit for what?

Fit to drop.”

Was his reply.

RIP Frank. "

So you give no credit to the past All Whites that achieved dominance in Oceania for a period of time with the golden gen of players?.

Maybe its just that Euro snob mentally that will always look down credible achievements that are not from Europe or Sth America.

Any chances of some highlights packages, Oly Whites at previous Olympics?
Michael O'Keefe in 2012, looking to keep out Mo Salah, then Neymar the game after?

Or maybe Daniel Ellensohn getting a straight red, against Kevin Mirallas, and his Belgian team mates in Bejing 2008.

I agree, I realise you only focus on the AWs but would be great to see some of our other rep teams (Ferns/U20s/Olywhites) when they too have done well (and generally they have often done better).

Given that match pretty much killed Henry's career, would he have received a nice little insurance payout like a former Knights player, Ben Collett, did?

The U20 World Cup games (and probably Olympic matches too) might be tough to get round copyright strikes, the qualifiers would probably be fine, and for the most recent Olympic qualifying and 2018 OFC U19 Championship (qualifiers for the 20s World Cup) games can be found on mycujoo.

That being said, if there are requests, I’d love to see some prime Hudson (Thailand, Myanmar, Uzbekistan, Northern Ireland, Belarus, even the Japan game before Peru)

You're correct regarding copyright, any time I try and upload anything from World Cup, Confeds etc I get hammered with infringement notices threatening to delete my channel.  I even got blocked by UEFA (the Eire and Lithuania games are under their auspices apparently) and Star in India blocked the 3 matches from that tournament the other year.  What is on my channel is what I'm allowed to put up as opposed to what I'd like to.

Highlights from 2008 Olympic Games. Tokyo is the first Olympics the Oly Whites have managed to avoid Brazil. Nice bonus. We have a -8 GD from previous two meetings (2008 & 2012)!

2 pool opponents - Belgium (4th) & Brazil (3rd) made the semis in 2008.

Game 1 - Steven Old gets sent off against China (2 yellows) in front of a full house. Brockie scores a goal in a NZ shirt! but China level late on.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0p23iTWOU0

Game 2- Ronaldinho & Co get 5 in the first game. Portuguese commentary I think??
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxZMalo4Lj8

Game 3 - Daniel Ellensohn (who?) got sent off at 46 mins, as a 10 man NZ did okay to hold Belgium to a 0-1 loss. I guess Belgians were already through to the next round, so probably weren't trying that hard. Can't find any match highlights.
