I was studying Spanish in Medellin during the 2018 WC. I went to class straight after we watched Colombia lose to Japan. The teacher a mad football fan, but he wasn’t sad for too long
It’s my favourite country in Sth America. Has a great happy energy despite all it’s issues
Also went to two Nacional matches in Medellin. The true die hard hinchas are insane.
FIFA ranked 17th and fresh off smashing Mexico 4-0 stateside, they must be very very decent.
Likely AWs toughest game for a few years if they roll out close to a full side. Nigeria is their 2nd match in the window
