I think we have to keep Hay on, he's had limited actual games to play with the current squad and really deserves another shot at the world cup in '26. If we had the number of games that other international teams do ie 8-10 games a year id say give him 2 years to show we can challenge/beat teams other than the pacific islands. But as we only ever manage to play 2/3 games a year Hay really need to be the boss through till the next world cup.
