Which overseas-based players would be eligible for the 2023 U20 WC?

I have;
Lawton Green, Motherwell
Bradford Green, Motherwell 
Jack van Luijken, Go Ahead Eagles
Till Estermann, Xanax
Matt Dibley-Dias, Fulham
Oscar Obel-Hall, Esbjerg

Are there others? Anyone in Australia? Anyone bubbling under at the Phoenix?

Checked through my database, and that's all I have as well - there's also Fabio Pedrini, but he's a youth player with Poggio Mirteto in the Italian sixth tier and appears to have come back to NZ with Cashmere Tech anyway. Still a little worried about Estermann's links to NZ, did a fudgeton of digging but couldn't find a thing.

There's also Johnny Martin (2005) at FV Illertissen - moved to Germany from Western Suburbs just a month or two ago, was part of their premier U17 team - but he might be too young for this iteration. Illertissen are in the fourth tier, and in the same regional division as Sarpreet's old club Bayern II.
