Don't the WWC venues need to be 'clean' months in advance of the July kick off? ie all other codes (league, rugby & AFL) have to stop using them by May/June?

That might mean switching the U20 WC to Aus/NZ is a possibility. Though I'm sure Qatar is likely the most geared up country to step in last minute.
