Unless it's through his grandparents that will be a no. 

Will start on Saturday. Would be lucky to find a fitter player in the team and he is the only midfielder without a yellow of the three. Need to protect the others from suspension.

Fin's dad is English, but no Argentina connection that I know of. Some may be getting confused as his middle name, Roa, is a surname in Spanish (however in Finn's case is te reo).
Yes latinos use 2 surnames (first your papa's & then your mama's), so they could be mistaking his middle name for his dad's surname.

If he's got that UK passport, English club scouts will for sure be sniffing around over there in Argy.
