Both goals from Chch Utd were great - they'll be gutted they lost that from a winning position, especially conceding so deep into added time to lose it. Cashmere Tech with a GD of +30 already is quite crazy!
Christchurch United have signed pro footballer from South Africa Travis Graham, played for several clubs in the Premier Soccer League, such as Ajax Cape Town, Cape Town City, Cape Umoya, and Maritzburg United.

I think the United coach has been talking about adding to his squad for the past month or so. Travis is a 31 year old Midfielder.VimFuego

Back into league action this weekend with some interesting fixtures in Round 7. Saturday Cashmere Technical vs. Nomads Coastal Spirit vs. DC Royals - this game being played at English Park FC Twenty 11 vs. Universities of Canterbury Selwyn Vs. ChCh United
Not a surprise to see Frewen move, he's been fantastic when called upon for Utd but never got opportunities behind Morris last year and van Dijk this year. It is a surprise to see him go to Tech, who already have Danny Knight and Reuben Harrison as their top two. Even with Knight presumably absent most of the season due to NZ coaching commitments, that leaves you two good young keepers looking for game time.
Yes, can understand why Frewen is moving teams as always stepped up at United when asked but missed out to again this season. Will leave a bit of a hole to fill at United. SamCoughlan

Yea, their next best keeper is 16 year-old Joseph Chalabi. They also have two Goalkeeper coaches that can step into the bench Lew Gordon (Coach) and Connor Caswell (Former Halswell United GK)
U17s keeper Johnson Cleland was on the bench against Western on Friday night, the might be next cab off the rank. They also have Taylor Dove as one of their coaches, who kept for FC Twenty and their reserve side on occasion last year while also being gk coach.
In the SL last season Taylor made 5 appearances for FC Twenty 11, all off the bench, less than an hour in total, all as an outfielder. SamCoughlan

A player the quality of Taylor Dove being mentioned in the 2024 iteration of the Southern League just shows the lack of quality in the league this season
