Not much traffic in the coaching section but hope someone has a look and can provide me with some guidance.
I'm looking at getting a coaching cordintaor do help with our juniors for about 4 hours a week during next season. Does anyone know the hourly rate might be to get someone reasonable? I know it depend son availability and stuff but don't want to offend anyone by coming in too low. We are a stand alone junior club.
I got paid $50 by Capital Football per session (90 minutes) to coach in their Federation Talent Centre programme last summer.
Another coaching academy I'm aware of in Wellington pays $25/hour or $100/day whichever is less (of course!).
So I would think something around the $30/hour mark is reasonable if you're expecting people to organise and run things.
