Hi All,
I play for a social football team and unfortunately we've won promotion 3 years consecutively. Because of this, we have been placed in a less social division this year.
To be more competitive, we're looking to have pre-season training this year and organising some friendlies so we hit the ground running.
I've unintentionally become the person who runs training and having never really done this before, am looking for some suggestions of drills/games etc that people find helpful.
I've been using Four Four Two as a guide, but being a social team, the numbers at training vary each week (we usually end up with between 6-10 people) and it means I'm unable to do certain drills.
Any help appreciated.
