Well some of these messages are not exactly a ringing endorsement for the supplier. 2nd week of August is just stupid. Should have been August 1st and allow you time to get any issues resolved. not very customer focussed. Makes me nervous about signing up.
When they ARE up and running, they are generally great to deal with particularly through Twitter. Run good competitions, a weekly preview email and generally a bit of banter. If it's anything like last year, the product and the service (when up and running) are well worth the investment.
Damn, don't use Twitter.
