I also didn't put in the one guy I'd love to see (Marco Rose) as he doesn't fit the currently available thing that seems to be a driver... he's also not at particularly short odds anywhere that I've seen. Presumably because it's unlikely he'd give up his current (relatively new) role and it's even more unlikely that if he would, KSE would give BM the cash required to nullify his contract - especially given how well they're going.
