Casillas has always been more a shot stopper. Cech is exactly what a team like us, who in fairness don't tend to get bombarded with shots on our goal most games, needs. Both had massive presence in goal and while both made the spectacular saves, they would often not need to because they just knew what position to be in. Have read about Seaman making sure diving was a last resort. So much more than a spectacular shot stopper. Pains me to mention Almunia's name in the same paragraph as Casillas and Cech, but there was never much doubting of his shot stopping ability.
