I find it interesting to note things are starting to get better in China unless they are conning everyone. 8 - 12 week problem?
It's the end of a 8-12 week lockdown.
But it's a lot more than only a 8-12 week problem. Life has far from returned to normal in China.
Maybe not a lot of relevance, given over 100 years ago, we now have modern medicine & vaccines, plus much of the 2nd wave was spread by returning WWI soldiers - but it was that later 2nd wave of Spanish Flu that was far more deadly.
Basically the world will need to remain on some sort of alert for many many months, even years. Certainly until there is a widely available vaccine.
Expect restrictions on travel, and large group gatherings eg football crowds, to remain in place, way after the end of the lock down.
