Yip, Dick Lucas from the Subhumans was also the lead singer of Citizen Fish. A couple of other Subhumans were also in Citizen Fish from time to time I think.

I saw Citizen Fish in a tent in a park in New Cross on a blisteringly hot day. Their drummer collapsed from heat exhaustion and they pulled some bloke out of the crowd who played the rest of the set!
