I know I'm still in the early stages of Stockyness with the Cromwell but I'm wondering why I've gone this route when I have the Soviet T34-85?

Although the Soviet med tanks get a hard press as being nothing special I find even when it was stock the T34-85 much better than the stock Cromwell. Like the T-34 a good no nonsense tank.

The T34-85 now it's been maxed has a good gun pen and damage wise, accurate, aim-time good. Armour OK, speed pretty good. Basically a nice little tank.

Looking at the stats of the Cromwell I can't see any vast improvement in the damage. Ok you can pew pew tanks but you actually need to damage them and going the Howitzer route sort of destroys what the Cromwell is supposed to be. A speedy med tank that can ram and brawl or fast pew pew scout.

Am I missing something?

Should I abandon the British med tank route and just stick with the Soviet?

Now I wondering if I should have gone German all along also.
