In the 2020/21 season he was Waalwijk's starting 10, during a season where they really struggled to score and create chances. Started less than half the games this season with no injuries in a Waalwijk side that was surprisingly competent at scoring. 30 years old, only a few years at the top level in Holland... I see there have been strong rumours of Fabregas being in talks with an a-league team. I'd have thought city would have the budget for it but regardless of where he goes, would be a huge coup.
Bit gutted about Austin and Izzo if i'm honest, would have loved both at the club.
