Talay also has a very different moral compass I'd suggest compared to Rudan. Think his family also pretty settled in Welly (when they live there!). His 15 yr old son a GK in Weenix Academy?? Uffie enjoys working with young players, and he's got plenty of those in the Nix squad this season. 

He'll see out his contract, and who knows if in his last contracted season (2022/23) Welnix give him what he wants, and they have a real crack at the title he may stay on. But suspect if after that season one of the bigger clubs like SFC, Victory, Melb City, WSW came calling he'd be back to Aus - and you couldn't begrudge him that.

FYI - Des Buckingham, is now coaching Mumbai City in the ISL and he has them currently 1st on the table. I think it's his first permanent head coaching club gig.
