One of the best in the league and the best Nix coach ever (so far).

- Best ever finish in a debut season (3rd)
- Best ever finish in Australia Cup (semi-final)
- Introduced an attractive brand of football
- Great eye for recruitment
- Promoted players from within the academy
- Changed our team into top 6 contenders every season (championship contender in the first season)




Rudan arguably did better at the last 4 points. 

I'd still take Talay as my fav coach though, because he didn't quit his contract and do a bunch of shady/dodgy/dickhead/illegal things.
Rudan’s recruitment was bang average. Taylor, Kurto and Williams were excellent but the likes of Sheridan, Mandi, Burgess, Kopczynski and Golec weren’t anything special, plus Gulley, Way and Nichols were awful.

In Marko’s defence he didn’t have long to prepare and he had a lot of recruiting to do. All 5 visa spots? The off season was already well underway before he was appointed. Burgess was a good cheap pickup, handy enough to push Singh to the bench for the playoff. Mandi was okay, if at always risk of a card

Rudan had barely left the building before Talay came in, and there was more squad continuity than his predecessor had
