Why is your count game tickets when the clubs promotion 4k4nix is for members?

From their site:

"This season we’re aiming to get 4,000 members behind the team! Every membership counts towards our goal. Show your belief and belong!"

How can the Phoenix convert some of those 20K, that are not already Phoenix members?

Is it that unrealistic to think that 20-25% (4-5K) could be converted some how?

Making us the nz Phoenix helps. 

it's all about novelty value, once every four years is always going to get more attention than a local team. But you are right, there must be a way to convert some of these football fans to come see the nix regularly.

Unfair to compare All Whites attendance and Nix memberships, the majority (I assume) of those attending the playoff game will come in from out of town.

Agree that it's not a fair comparison. This is like comparing the WC Final at Eden Park attendance for 1 game to season ticket holders at the Blues.

How to convert fair-weather AW football supporters into Phoenix regulars? Play exciting football, get results and publicize the hell out of yourselves.
