Yeah I remember, my point still stands. I think he made the right choice from a football pov (no idea about the $ involved), if he went he'd likely sit on the bench or be loaned out. Score ten plus goals this year and he will likely be valued even higher, a poor season though and he likely will not get the same sort of club after him. 

The goals last night will help his confidence when the season starts (and convince Talay to start him).
