I think there is also an issue with clicking the 'X new posts' link on the active page. For this thread there was 8 new posts for me, 2 last page and 6 on this page. Clicking that link brought me to the first new post on this page, rather than to the first of the 2 new ones on the previous page.

I think there is also an issue with clicking the 'X new posts' link on the active page. For this thread there was 9 new posts for me, 3 last page and 6 on this page. Clicking that link brought me to the first new post on this page, rather than to the first of the 3 new ones on the previous page.
