Today with the Santa Parade on, there will be road closures and tons of extra people in town. Car parking could be an issue, so it should have been a big thing to promote.

However it was only mentioned in the club page article and not specifically in the email newsletter (link provided) - sent on 4 December. So could do more in that respect.
Not sure if this is a gripe - but I do think that the level of communication around the "special events" and deals is rather brief and typically within a week of kick-off. Sure these things should be promoted closer to match day but more advanced notification can't hurt either. Especially if we want to try and get other people along to games.

The annoying bit about the free buses, is it was advertised with the season passes as "selected match days" but then never mentioned what games.
