we just need to sign a proper striker next time .why sign Powell and Appiah(more of a winger) and not actually get them on the field regularly. Places to much pressure on midfield.

As Ernie has said over and over - it's not easy to find good strikers, hence why he needs to try and convert them. I understand his line of thinking.
