Two Yays Here.
Keep it simple and orderly ..a line, or a square or rectangle area in which you can sign for your $20
Its an opportunity for as many as possible to sign and keep signing with any excess going to the Scholarship.

Improving,,on the up, a work in progress from Italiano and the Nix. Bring on the bathroom bling in '24! COYN!

yay, 100%.

Surely, some sponsors, (Four Kings, Welly Beds, BB) Would fund the difference, if we wernt quite there, to get there logo printed on.

Sounds choice.

The trouble with the BB (or anyone elses) logo is that it needs to not contravene the league, club and stadium rules on ambush marketing.

So yeah, I mean sign it, with a pen.

Do you want me to find out?

From what I recall, it was as simple as giving the flagmaker a list of names, and they did the rest.

I just think signing it could be a bit messy and could potentially spoil it?

I will ask for more details from the guys who done the Hibs flag about the process.

thats why i said get it on the back. The people underneath could see we helped out with it, and the FFA & TV fun police wont have anything (more than normal) to complain about.

Just out of interest (not having a go or ruffling feathers-waiver).
Why the BB logo on it?
Don't get me wrong, I love the BB but can't work this one out?

Ubergunner works at the BB.  If they put money in they could get their logo on.

Uber that is VERY clever lateral thinking and I like it.  Put it on the agenda for our next BB meeting with the Boycemeister.  At that stage we should have an idea of fundage.

Steve-O: yep, anything you find out just PM me.  If it's possible at not much extra coin then happy to investigate.

Ok, will ask the guys at Hibs.net and get back to you.

Will also try and find some other pictures including close ups so people can see how it was done.

I am assuming the names were fed into a computer and some sort of super duper technology just put the names right through the fabric?!

Should hear something back over the weekend.

If the banner/shirt is thick enough is there the potential of having signings on both sides $20 for upside $5 for the underside (to appeal to those who are financially challenged) just a thought.

Another idea is one of those big pictures made of people holding up cards (a bit more organising of semi-pissed people hmm) could be  a cheaper especially with someone abusing there printing rights at work.

This could be a message or a retro rikki image because it would be a lot cheaper to make it wouldn't matter if situations change.

On the other hand I may not have described very well what I mean and am fully prepared for urine extraction.

I understand what you mean. You would have to do it in an area where everyone would hold them up and where the crowd is defiinitely going to be full.

Yeah, if you had them numbered on the otherside it would be fairly easy to organise. Just imagaine having a massive retro rikki winking at the tv cameras just before kick off!

That would look very cool. Lets do it before some other A League outfit do it with their own logo!

Oh cool. We could try organise it. Would have to sort out scale sizing etc. So Retro ricki is the best choice? Or any other suggestions?

Saying yay is idiotic, so I will just have to sneak it stealthily into a sentence.
