Knowing your defence helps a keeper know when to come and when not to... fully agree.
But... then it would be fair to assume that he would potentially come out and try to dominate his space when he didn't need to, for the same reason, at others times he may not.
The fact he didn't dominate his 6 year box at all (except 1 weak punch) does give me cause for concern.
I'd rather see a keeper try to dominate the space and not quite get there, than see one stuck to his line afraid to get off it.
Exactly, put it far better than I could. It gave Tony Warner, not Kurto or Paulsen.
