I like the Logo.
I quite like the Format they've got as well.

if the waves represent the North, the straight lines represent Central, and the jagged lines the South, shouldn't the wavy lines be at the top, and the jagged lines at the bottom of the combined logo?

10 teams, 46 games i.e 9 rounds plus a final for the men.
8 teams, 57 games i.e 14 rounds plus a final for the women.
Is that right for the women? apart from finding 5 more match days, that means 1st-4th Northern sides would play 20 + 14 = 34 games, whilst the 5th and 6th Northern sides would only play 20 games. You can't go into the season not knowing if you will play 20 or 34 games.

not yet - the plan is to get the women's league up to the same level within 2-3 years
but the situation you describe is the same for the mens the teams in that those who qualify for the National round get 30 games where as all the rest will get 18 + Chatham Cup games dependent on how far they go

no its the top 4 teams from Northern League - so 2 will miss out

really annoys me that the "this" isn't working - that's a bang on post Andrew.
The All Stars games will take place at North Harbour Stadium, Auckland on Wednesday 17 March 2021:
5:00pm (TBC) – Women’s All Stars v NZF Reps
7:30pm (TBC) – Men’s All Stars v Men’s U20s select
So as the Handa games have been postponed and the top 4 teams players will now still be playing and presumably clubs won't want to risk their players getting injured before the final games. Will they postpone this, or have I got it wrong and these players are not the All Stars they are talking about?
this was planned before the ISPS Handa was postponed (pre the latest lockdown) so I think the most logical call is they will scrap this - but it's NZF so who knows what will happen.
Maybe it will be Men's All Stars from teams not in the finals...
However even before the lockdown mess it was a flawed concept - the new national league for men and women kicks off (for NRFL) on the 27th/28th April - I can't imagine many managers/coaches who would be keen to see their best players play what amounts to a meaningless game 10 days before the season starts.

Saw Boyens with some NRFL staff and I have spoken to nzf representative about this topic at length.
It seems as though there has been a targeted audit of a number of clubs in the Northern league, particularly in the top division around overcompensation in regards to player payments. The audit found that players were getting paid for uncompleted coaching and some were on as much as $500 an hour for this type of “ coaching “.
This audit has taken into account clubs league position and the only understanding is that they are looking to remove Manukau and Bay Olympic from the northern league at the end of the season. The result could be a relegation to division 2.

NZF couldn't have timed it better. They can send someone to watch these 2 teams of coaches play tonight.
They could even stay for the aftermatch and have a chat to the coaches and ask them how it is all going

Auckland City seemingly out in front with a big lead in the strongest league but that Miramar loss raises doubts.
Expect both Miramar and Olympic to be strong. Auckland United perhaps as well.
Tbh the only team I can see "only" making up the numbers is the second placed Southern team, gotta say Cashmere in their form look like they'll be a pretty decent outfit. Maybe Wairarapa if they make it but can see Wests closing that final Central spot out pretty comfortably tbh.
Transfer deadlines have passed I understand, on the 30th of June. It would defeat the purpose of having a club national league and allow transfers once teams have made/not made the competition.

North Wellington is not a surprise when it comes to financial dealings. Their Financial accounts for year end 30-09-2020 show that they claimed a wage subsidy for the Covid Lockdown Period of $109k. Yet their revenue for the financial year from coaching was only $37k ($39k for the previous year). It is very doubtful that they should have claimed the wage subsidy.
Auckland City seemingly out in front with a big lead in the strongest league but that Miramar loss raises doubts.
Expect both Miramar and Olympic to be strong. Auckland United perhaps as well.

The biggest evidence ACFC aren't unbeatable would be the loss to Rangers, imo.
