Detoxin, you forgot a couple of weeks, but thanks to your exemplary picking record prior to now, you qualify for the "lowest score minus 5" default rule that you are allowed twice during the season.

Yea I was so close to being in the running… until I wasn’t any more and got blown away by some big scores by those above me. But it’s ok. I’m on the beach for the rest of the season and will come back next year primed and ready to be just as average.

It was quite dramatic tallying the scores up just then... you won by a single pick! Probably the relegation candidates did it - AJC got all three perfectly.

Was looking back at the season picks and didn't look like I'd done very well on the top 6 or most of the player picks. Wasn't sure how the points worked but was hoping the relegation picks were going to be enough to hang onto the lead.
Is that my second title? Think I won one of the early ones, 2014 or 2015.

I would post a snapshot of the preseason picks scoring but I have never been able to post pics since the website upgrade. I asked on the tech thread and no one ever answered. It's just functionality I don't seem to have any longer. 
Let me see if I can do some sort of quick summary;
So the top 6 and relegation candidates are obviously known. 
The rest were;
Arsenal top scorer: Saka
Arsenal top assister: Saka
Liverpool top scorer: Salah
Liverpool top assister: Salah
Chelsea top scorer: Mount
Chelsea top assister: Mount
PL Golden Boot: Joint: Salah/Son
PL Golden Gloves: Joint: Ederson/Alisson
Nobody at all got the Golden Boot winner - 4 picked Lukaku, and 1 picked Vardy. All 5 of us picked Lukaku for Chelsea top scorer so none of us got that either. Four of us picked Aubameyang for Arsenal top scorer, Ronniemac picked Saka and nailed that. 
So overall;
Ajc you got Saka for assists, Salah for scorer, Mount for assists, and Ederson for the golden gloves, along with 5 for Man City to win and 15 for all three relegated sides. 
Ronniemac you got Man City to win, two of the relegation candidates, Saka for scorer, Salah for scorer and assister, Mount for assister, and Ederson for golden gloves. 
I picked the top 3 correctly, and 2 of the 3 relegated sides, Saka for assister, Salah for scorer, and Ederson for the golden gloves. 
Detoxin missed the whole top 6 but got all 3 relegated sides. Also picked Saka for assists and Salah for scorer. 
Kwlap picked Man City to win, and Arsenal to get 5th, 2 of the relegated sides, Salah for assister and Alisson for golden gloves.
