Could do a chant for Fenton based around this...
Louis Fenton
i hope his shoulder is all ok
i hope his shoulder is all ok
Louis
Our Louis Fenton runs down the wing for me
da da da da da da da da da da, etc
I remember Bevan mentioning this one a while back on the forum, very simple and easy, just the chorus to the Kingsmen song Louie Louie.
Simple tune, simple, simple, simple.
So something like:
Louis Louis
Oh baby
Louis Fenton
Ay ay ay ay?
Something like this...

I reckon just repeat the first verse. Keeps it very simple and easy to remember
Think the Flintstones theme would work for one for him? Fenton, Louie Fenton etc
From the, town of Tawa,
He's their best export in history.
Fenton, Louis Fenton,
He's the modern New Zealand footballer
Scored the
greatest header
in Phoenix short history.
Yabba Dabba Doo.
That idea has legs. You can hum it. Needs work but a great start Yakcall
...in the short Phoenix history...
???
Are the syllables right with this line?
"He's the modern New Zealand footballer"
Maybe...
He's the modern Kiwi footballer ?

Yeah I was trying to play it why fitting in the words, but was finding original lyrics distracting while I was listen to them.
"In Yellow Fever history", maybe?
Phoenix short history doesn't quite scan? Needs the extra syllable.
However I endorse this product or service.
"In Hyundai A-League history" works perfectly.
And to be honest, it pretty much is the best ever diving header in the league.
Fenton, Lous Fenton
He's the greatest guy in history
From the, Town of Tawa
He's just back from surgery
:jokes:
Yeah I like that, was an awesome goal!
Fen-ton, Louis Fen-ton,
He's the modern kiwi football-er
Scored the greatest head-er
In Hyun-dai A-League his-tor-y
I like this, only thing now is I wonder if it is too short... As by time we go through the song that's it, all done?
...[repeat]... that will make it longer.
We don't need to make everything long, it's probably going to be hard enough as it is to remember all these new ones.
Some of these player chants could get the classic two repeats when the player does something good then we move onto the next one.
