Another major difference is that Chris Wood and Winston Reid are both much younger and much better players than Leo Bertos. You can't compare the two groups. EDIT: Just to add, as much as I like Leo Bertos, even though our talent pool is small, in my opinion he is definitely not our next best option.

EDIT: Just to add, as much as I like Leo Bertos, even though our talent pool is small, in my opinion he is definitely not our next best option.
