Don't see USA on that list. Of interest re possibility of an AWs verus England game. NZ, Australia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland, Sweden & Turkey are listed.
Unfortunately likes of USA, Belgium, Denmark, Israel, Netherlands, Portugal & Switzerland can't see on the exempt country list. To show how complex it can be Denmark was only recently removed from the list of exempt countries. Bugger
And then whilst Bell maybe able to arrive in the UK without having to quarantine, but when he returns to Norway he likely does.
