That's not a surprise.
It would at least be something to have a quad tournament here, with Aussie and some SE Asian teams. If the Wallabies can get here to play rugby, there's a precedent. Use local and Australian based players, call it NZ 'A' if need be.
Give up on playing in Europe for now.
