Think NZF would be more keen on that OFC tourney early Jan, when most Euro leagues (apart from England) are on some sort of winter break, so good chance of getting a strong squad together. By end of Jan/early Feb some leagues (Germany, Holland, Belgium etc) are back up and playing.
Also think UEFA have decided not to recognise that Jan 24th-Feb 1st window. So could lead to real complications securing a close to full strength team, ie club verus country.
