Not sure why OFC only posted them now, FIFA had the dates listed for at least a couple weeks, so Soccerway probably saw that from the start.
Having a look at fixtures for players’ and travel times to Qatar, should have a decent enough squad for the first two games as things are. I tried guessing how squads would look for each game, though it relies on Phoenix vs Jets on the 18th being postponed. I assumed pros wouldn’t be released pre-window if they had games, and factored in travel time from respective clubs.
PNG (with Phoenix):

Haven’t seen any friendlies organised for PNG or New Caledonia, though they did name large preliminary squads, 30 and 50 players respectively. Fiji haven’t named any prelim squad, though they have a camp on the 17th of this month, and have also organised a camp in Melbourne, where they’ll play City, Western and Victory, after their games against Malaysia were cancelled.
Krishna’s availability is still TBC, as the Indian Super League final will probably be around the 21st, so his availability vs NZ will be dependent on whether they qualify for that or not. Similarly, David Browne is TBC, as there is a Finnish League Cup final on that date that HJK could well qualify for, though the league starts after the window, and the League Cup allows trial players so might not be considered serious enough to block him from leaving early to national team duty.

Some interesting names in their Carlind.
I'd wager though that if Nix agree to release players for those first 2 pool games, Hay will be doing his damndest to similarly get Poppa & Corica to release Rojas & Barba as well. They have hardly played for the AWs since 2017, and I think their A League coaches will understand World Cups don't come around often in a player's career.
Hay will want more than likes of raw Greive & Stevens. Doubt Collier's USL club won't agree to him being released either, if required. Stamenic likewise if he's back at Copenhagen playing youth football.
The MLS guys may also get an early release with luck, having just started their seasons.
Interesting that Fiji have organised some warmups against A League teams. Might end up being more A League youth sides given likely heavy catch up schedule into Feb-March with so many games now postponed.
Stamenic is in Copenhagen's first team now, apparently rated ahead of a signing or two they made at the start of the season. May be more of an issue
