Nonsense. Having games be subject to certain players appearing is for when countries like Saudi Arabia, China etc pay millions in appareance fees to have friendly games with Brazil or Argentina. Those teams agree to such terms because of the money they get.
NZF are a notoriously cheap date. They are just happy to be there. That is why we get the games we do. We charge little or nothing to show up. There is no justification for a team like Australia to have such terms when they wouldnt be paying for such priviliges.
