Older heads than me might be able to answer this, what was Nelsen like when he was a bit younger? Was he always that strong leader or did he grow in to that role as his career progressed? The 2010 team was a lot older than the current team, so do you think it's just an experience thing? Do the current crop have the potential to grow in to that experienced tough unit that everyone describes the 2010 team as being, or are they quite different entirely?

Always had leadership qualities.  Even as a youngster at the Confeds cup. I think it was Bobby Clarke who helped him get to the US on a football scholarship. He was made Blackburns captain within 3 weeks of arriving from having played in the MLS. Quite a feat to do that in the EPL.

I think Tuiloma is similar in a way which hopefully will be good for us in years to come. I remember Tuiloma when he was 12 playing for WYNRs against a team I coached, he had a calm authority about him even then. Polite kid too.
