Best thing from the half was our cohesion and passing. Someone would take a ball down, and get it to another man, they'd find someone else, and hold it forward.
This is what I want to see, because when we're against someone at the WC we need those skills to make use of the ball we get.
Interesting. Everyone was saying the Aussies would field an average side, did they put their best 11 out, or at least a decent 11?
Couple of big guns missing - their no.1 goalie (schwartzer (sic?)) and Kewell, their best striker. There are a couple who won't be going to S.A.
That's v encouraging. Kewels a'has-been IMHO but Schwartz's is huge for them. Still, we're more thn holding our own. sh*t...
