But Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide have there (Reserve+Mixed) sides playing in the local (Amateur) competition as well as the NYL(And soon FFA Cup). Show me where FIFA says NO to that?.

If the FFA says yes to the Nix's and FIFA confirms it, Then same should apply to NZF allowing a Nix's youth side to play in its main youth competition. Its quite anti Pro football and if another NZ based A-League side was to emerge and wanted the same thing but was denied - You would have to think to yourself "Who's running NZF?".

You also need Oceania Federation to OK it. And they may not like it as it opens the O league to more player options for NZ teams (Guess here no facts or rules read)

In Oz would they not just have to sit out the 30 day stand down to qualify to the local Oz grades?      Need the rules wizard in here

In Oz would they not just have to sit out the 30 day stand down to qualify to the lower Oz grades?
