Where are the players registered? They (Welnix) pay ACC levies in NZ and (Medical Insurance levies) in Australia for the players - I'm guessing the players are registered in OZ under the FFA (+ in the AFC confederation.) Welnix is indeed a NZ company employing a team of contractors.
