2+ year report card. Some starters...

NEUTRAL: Oversaw national league review (jury out); WeeNix in national league (personally I'm still uncertain about a development/youth team playing in top national league tier); appointed Hudson (I feel I'm being a little generous by marking it neutral at this stage)

PLUS: Got the national league on telly (though I'd be interested in the financial terms); took moral high ground by voting against Blatter, U17 and U20 boys got out of group stages of their World Cups

MINUS: Oceania relationship? Nix relationship? FFA relationship? (not sure on these three key relationships but place them here until further evidence presents itself), Oly Whites debacle, All Whites generally, player eligibility issues, Moss, Wynne, Jones, others, Futsal Whites failed to qualify for World Cup after heavy investment, Football Ferns failed to reach group stages after heavy investment, re-capitalising football through Beyond Football Plan (have any major new sponsors come on board in the last 2 years?) and plan to "re-position football" (LOL)
