Personnel expense is only trending in one direction. In fact doubled in the last four years.

That is staggering for any organisation and would usually mean a business is thriving 

Does this mean

1: it is thriving and we have had to hire many more staff 

Or

2: Pay rises/banking bonuses for the likes of Martin and Hudson?

Surely someone in the media needs to be asking these questions
