I dealt with Charlie a little bit just on some really small things. He was dodgy as they come and I swore his name a couple times so I am absolutely not saying that he is the colonial master who does no wrong at all. I can recall one that I know of where he was given money to get some trophies. I can't remember who it was for but the cheeky bastard went to a second hand shop and got a couple of those urn/teapot looking things, polished them up and sent them away and pocketed the most of the cash. He thought it was hilarious as much as it was criminal.

What he was not however, was this level kind of of dodgy because he did not have the stones for it and he was also too smart to realise that he could not pull the wool over peoples eyes at that level cause they were bigger snakes than he was. Temarii was dumb and he got caught cause he was not smart enough play it on a low level. Chung needs to be careful cause this whole womens world cup in his own backyard absolutely screams dirty. Charlie kept most of his shenanigans within the region. Do I know for sure he did not do it? Nope but from what I do know, he much preferred the big fish in the little pond approach.

1: where is the money? There is no evidence of his wife or 2 children with it

2: $250k to abstain, be the fall guy and create world news? Much too low

3: Knowing that you would be the absolute focus of the world media, you would not be able to fart the wrong way and get away with it and his finances would have been combed through looking for the cash. Where is it?

Charlie was sneaky, but not in this way. When the evidence pops up, I'll join in with the condemnation but there is not any.
