I would expect it would be easier to get him from Canada or NZ (kimdotcom not withstanding) than Switzerland. It is a very lengthy process from Switzerland.
A clear cut case of racketering or whatever, with lots of precedents, and a properly executed arrest is much better than a marginal test case with large amounts of law enforcement over-reach
