She must have given it for DOGSO, but it clearly wasn't a DOGSO situation. So there are grounds for appeal.

Not trying to be argumentative, just trying to understand - surely whether or not it was a DOGSO situation is a matter of interpretation of the referee?

Edit: I'm sure you are right, and I certainly hope so - as Erceg is hugely important to us.
