Almost 100% sure both the other mooted friendlies against USA and Mexico are to be in Europe, as well. Travel is obviously very restrictive at the moment, and anyone travelling to Mexico (border is open - unlike most Latin American countries) would most likely have to quarantine back in the EU. Possibly not if travelling from the US.
As with the AWs, likely the US and Mexico (if games happen) would both be restricted to picking solely Euro based players.
