NZ Football obviously have planeloads of money to throw around.
This seems like a coach's ego trip to me.
These are the cheapest, quality friendlies (if they happen), NZF has likely come across in ions. And given how next year especially is shaping up, actually pretty important games for this World Cup cycle.
Initially I questioned their value - especially with the MLS group likely unavailable - but now I see them as yes really useful. Hopefully say at least 2 of the mooted 4 games happen.
