Think you'll find it impossible to find a frame at briscoes that size because it's such a kooky one.
Although I guess you could go way oversized on the frame and mask it down. Would look weird tho.

It is possible that there was an agreement with the photographer who took the photos that only X amount were allowed to be sold.

No it's nothing that complicated.
To do more we'd have to do another run of 35 at least or put the price up. While they are really cool I don't think we'd sell 35 more on top of the 30 we already sold.
Plus it is a lot of work individually posting them.
