"Huns" for Germans is from Rudyard Kipling, as a description of the Kaiser's so-called barbarism

Huns yes is from WWI, being what the Tommies and Commonwealth troops nicknamed the Germans. For the French they were the Boche. I grew up reading Commando war comics 

Apologies to any German readers. Was annoyed about their first goal, as MM stated the whistle should have gone for HT earlier.

Performance gives some hope against Mexico, who benefited from playing a 10 man Venezuela for 50+ mins
