Seems like they will break Straya's record
22-0 after 47' now. They'll definitely crack at least 31, I'm going with 37-0 for F/T.
30-0 after 70, just two goals away from the record

FT. 38-0
Ends 38-0 but doesn't break the record as they are not a FIFA affiliated team.

And they are not a senior side, just the U23s, but still, 38-0...
New Caledonia beat Papua New Guinea 1-0.
NC are reigning winners.
If we can beat PNG in the second match of the pool, the third game may not have significance in whether we qualify for the finals.
Fiji look to have some good players (Waqa?, Chand).
We're as good as in the semis after one match because New Caledonia aren't eligible for the semis, not being an Olympic member (they are part of France for Olympic purposes).
A win vs. PNG definitely puts NZ into the semis; even a draw would probably do.
In the other group, only Vanuatu and Fiji are eligible for the semis because again,Tahiti isn't an Olympic member and Micronesia isn't a FIFA member. To play in the Olympics a country has to be both an Olympic and FIFA member.
Hence,Vanuatu and Fiji were already in the semis before a ball was kicked.
The Pacific Games has two sets of semi-finals, one for Olympic Games qualifying, another to determine the Pacific Games champion.
It's explained here:

There is also Te Reo (Maori Language MTV) channel.
My guess... if it is on,
It would be on Te Reo Channel Sky 82 instead of Maori Television Sky 19 . Not likely to swap out Te Kaea Maori News. more likely instead Pukana on Te Reo so keep an eye there too. BUT no changes in the schedule is not a good sign.
snap ^
NZF are no longer promoting it as being on Maori TV or replying to any tweets so I assume they have no idea what's happening.
Doesn't look good - nothing on Maori TV at the moment - some egg ball game with another programme scheduled for 5:30 pm.
#somewhatannoyed.

Maori TV are broadcasting certain events from the Pacific Games though, so they will have the rights to the Football as well I'd assume, and NZF did say it would be on Maori TV.
How sad. The U23 team and nobody gives a shark.
5:01 pm
Grrrrr
Sack NZF.
WTF anyone got a stream??
not on Maori TV, don't have access to the Te Reo channel so don't know if it on there
