Don’t think has been noted elsewhere but Woud, Wilkins and Just have all been pulled out of these Olyroos games now.

Total speculation but. Declan Edge was going on about his boys should be flying first class for these games, NZF had them in economy. Declan has a point about player welfare, but NZF probably hamstrung by budget.
Looks like NZF and and Declan couldn't come to an agreement and the boys didn't travel. Shame. Wilkins isn't getting any game time and Just the odd cameo off the bench at Helsingor.
What's wrong with the fire exit row? Surely Just's small frame would get enough leg room there. Would admittedly less so.

don't think its the seat, more like the 20-30 hours traveling each way. I've done NZ - London direct a couple of times and I know I wouldn't want to get off play a game of football and then do the same trip a couple of days later

Really. Not even if it mean't representing your country and on top of that giving yourself a chance to earn a spot in a team and go on to play at the Olympic games?
So you'd prefer to avoid the travel and stay in europe and not play but sit on the bench for a danish 2nd division team ?.

The squad for the Olympic qualifers has been names yes. But No Just and Dalton are not in it.
If they make the Olympics. Buckingham has created some great competition for places. Also with three overage players to be included. Could be an exciting team.
I would have thought neither Just nor Dalton are guaranteed a place. I'd like to see more of Just playing for NZ teams though. He was great for the U20's.
